How to Enable Sudo for a User

% su -
# usermod -aG wheel username
# visudo

Uncomment the line of %wheel ALL=(ALL) ALL to enable password mode.
Uncomment the line of %wheel ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL to enable no password mode.
